The Marinus Link Consumer Advisory Panel is seeking an expression of interest/ quote for services for an Independent Tender Advisor.
The Advisor will scrutinize the Marinus Link Tender evaluation process with a view to advising the Marinus Link Consumer Advisory Panel. The Consumer Advisory Panel (CAP) provides feedback on the Marinus Link Revenue Determination submission to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).
The Advisor will attend meetings of the tender evaluation panel, initially during June and July 2023, and will provide reports and presentations to the CAP members.
To be successful in this engagement the service provider will require:
- Experience in large infrastructure projects procurement processes
- Experience in communicating, presenting and reporting using language accessible by the community
- Technical skills in the energy sector
- An understanding commercial contracts and large contract negotiation
- An understanding of balancing stakeholder interests
- A competitive quote for services
